Overview of Project:
Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) selects, educates, trains, and commissions college students to be officers and leaders of character in the Total Air and Space Force. Additionally, AFROTC instills the values of citizenship, national and community service, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment in college students.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Assists assigned Directorate and staff in all aspects of the AFROTC programs for cadets.
- Serves as a project team member/process improvement specialist for assigned AFROTC Directorate.
- Provides technical direction in project management, team building, facilitation, and process improvement suggestions required to develop and execute assigned AFROTC Directorate.
Specific Job Requirements:
- Previous AFROTC Field Training experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain driver’s licenses.
- Position may require lifting and carrying, climbing stairs, and walking long distances.
- Knowledge of AFROTC structure and its supporting elements and programs, missions, policies, and goals.
- Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to a broad range of functional areas related to AFROTC.
- Skill to develop innovative and feasible solutions to complex issues associated with AFROTC Field Training.
- Ability to integrate and coordinate multiple and related missions, functions, subjects, issues, and situations across the AFROTC to present and recommend solutions in a logical, cohesive format.
- Knowledge of pertinent laws (i.e., Title 9 U.S.C., and Title 10 U.S.C., etc.), regulations (i.e., DoD and Air Force Instructions), policies, and precedents that affect the AFROTC Training program.
- Knowledge in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria of program effectiveness and/or organizational productivity.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
