The Quality Control Intern will receive hands-on QC experience while assisting with projects and supporting Innophos manufacturing site in Nashville, TN
Key Responsibilities
- Intern will work with QC staff in an inorganic analytical laboratory to support chemical manufacturing processes and plant projects - TBD
Required Education
- Completion of sophomore college year in Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science/Nutrition field
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be comfortable reading scientific documents and identifying critical information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to prioritize work in a manner that benefits the company and accomplish tasks independently in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office
Assignment Duration:
- Intern: 8-12 weeks
- Co-op: 1+ semesters
Compensation & Benefits:
- Market competitive hourly rate
