Quality Control Inspector

We are now seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a well-known company in Tyngsboro, MA that is experiencing tremendous growth. We are in search of diligent and dependable individuals who are eager to embark on a rewarding new opportunity.

Hours: Hours are flexible but must work 5 days a week/ 40 hours

Pay: $18-20 per hour (based on experience

Responsibilities:

· Conduct visual inspections of inductor components and assemblies in accordance with established procedures, specification drawings, and verbal or written instructions.

· Utilize tweezers to handle fine wire and micro-sized components with precision.

· Demonstrate proficiency in operating metrology equipment, including rulers, pin gauges, and vernier calipers, to ensure the accuracy and quality of components.

· Maintain detailed documentation to record defects identified during inspection.

· Accurately record time and piece counts on work travelers to facilitate precise production tracking.

Qualified Candidates will:

· Demonstrate reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules.

· Exhibit fine motor skills and excellent hand-eye coordination.

· Possess previous experience in Quality Control inspection.

· Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under a microscope.
