About the Role
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for assessing, testing, and monitoring products and materials to ensure they need predefined quality standards and specifications. They work to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement to maintain product quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform detailed inspections on products, components, and materials to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results, including defects, deviations, and any corrective actions taken.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities and determine the root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and engineering, to implement process improvement based on quality data analysis.
- Communicate quality issues and findings to relevant stakeholders, including supervisors, mangers, and production teams.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in similar manufacturing quality inspector positions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Precise attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
