Quality Control Inspector

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality inspections and audits throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and company quality management guidelines. Responsibilities: - Perform quality inspections and audits on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize various tools and equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure product dimensions and perform quality checks - Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues or concerns - Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards - Document all inspection results and maintain accurate records - Communicate any quality-related issues or non-conformities to the appropriate stakeholders - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in Quality Control is preferred - Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of Quality Control principles, practices, and techniques - Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards - Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities - Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data for process improvement purposes - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
