Quality Control Coordinator

Quality Control Coordinator – Revit expert. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, including quality assurance and Quality Control, with significant experience in leading construction documentation and contract administration for architectural projects.

Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of Quality Assurance standards to improve quality and timely delivery of projects. Compile, manage, and maintain Quality Control documents for use during the project and for archiving upon completion of the project. Provide Quality Control by reviewing Construction Documents for errors and omissions. Provide overall review of Construction Documents including implementing standards and checklists; reviewing for code compliance and constructability; interactively following up and approving red-line correction; and providing advice to improve the quality of the Construction Documents. Interface and provide guidance to staff to ensure that the design fulfills requirements. A thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards. The ability to manage through influence in a team environment. Excellent presentation, communication, management, and mentoring skills. Work experience in healthcare, corporate, higher education facilities, etc. Revit expert.

Desired, Preferred, Required:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture. Masters’ degree a plus. Registered Architect and/or working towards registration is a plus. Revit expert. Bluebeam Studio.
