Description
SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our Charleston, South Carolina-based Loitering Munition Production Team. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review and Inspection: Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of processes or products to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Documentation Verification: Ensure all relevant documentation, including specifications and procedures, align with quality requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality-related data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas of improvement.
- Testing Procedures: Implement testing procedures to validate product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and determine the root causes of defects, implementing preventative measures.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training to team members on Quality Control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years of experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or a related role within the discipline.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to catch discrepancies and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
CLEARANCE:
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
