We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our growing team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review the products, materials, and processes for defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
- Using reports, charts, graphs, and presentations, create and maintain analysis.
- Improve operations using data, accountability, and leadership and investigate nonconforming products and consumer concerns.
- Use root cause analysis to help lead corrective action efforts.
- Work with operations to ensure Quality Control procedures are done accurately and collect and examine data throughout the process flow.
- Very compliance with regulatory requirements are met and ensure QMS documentation for accuracy and contact process owners on nonconformances.
- Work with the supply chain team, including production, engineering, research and development, and other relevant teams, for quality-related challenges and assist in resolving issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement to increase quality, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Help train employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least three years of experience in an FDA/ USDA food manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in the science field is a plus.
- Knowledge of quality management and food safety systems.
- Excellent data, analytical, and technical writing skills.
- HACCP trained, FSMA-PCQI certified, a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and follow direction.
