Quality Care Coordinator

Join Right at Home, where our mission is to enhance the Quality of Life for Those We Serve through exceptional In-Home Care and Assistance. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our growing team as a full-time Quality Care Coordinator.

As a Quality Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch support services to our clients. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for senior care and client service, and who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and effective decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of client care services.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate client files and visit records in compliance with Right at Home policies.
• Facilitate in-home evaluations and caregiver introductions.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including client and caregiver follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong client and caregiver relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct orientations, trainings, and staff in-services.
• Represent Right at Home at community events, job fairs, and awareness days as needed.
• Schedule caregiver shifts based on client needs and caregiver qualifications.
• Adhere to Right at Home policies and procedures.
• Provide after-hours support for emergencies and scheduling issues on a rotating schedule.

Requirements:

• Passion for senior care and commitment to quality service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; willingness to learn specific software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in senior care preferred.
• M-F schedule with occasional early mornings or late evenings.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
