JST is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Testing SME to join our team.

Quality Assurance Testing SME Responsibilities
- Recognized within industry as a thought-leader in Quality Assurance Testing.
- Deep understanding of Quality Assurance Testing processes in a government setting
- Designs and develops highly complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services.
- Leads the design and building of test processes across a portfolio of programs.
- Writes highly complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications.
- Monitors the gathering of test data and supervises the evaluation of test results to determine if product designs and architecture meets customer specifications and performance expectations.
- Develops highly complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyzes product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance.
- Defines debug protocols for test hardware and software.
- Analyzes test cases and scenarios and reports results.
- Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance.
- Provides work leadership for lower-level practitioners.
- Advises executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top Subject Matter Experts.
- Provides expert guidance and insight across multiple business domains and technologies.
- Highly skilled within Oracle Payroll processes
- Thorough understanding of USAF customized Functional processes within AFIPPS
Quality Assurance Testing SME Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- PhD or 4+ years of equivalent additional experience
Quality Assurance Testing SME Desired Skills
- Experience working with US Air Force clients
- Able to understand US Air Force culture
- Experience working on large programs
- Agile mindset
- Very organized, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with positive attitude
Required Clearances and Screenings
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
