CarShield is seeking an experienced QA Tester to join its growing development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans, including both manual and automated. You will collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Successful candidates will have a track record of quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

Reporting to the Web Application Development Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Identifying and documenting test cases;
• Executing test cases under varying circumstances;
• Documenting and evaluating test results;
• Detecting, logging, and reporting program bugs and glitches ;
• Tracking defects and troubleshooting errors;
• Reviewing test procedures and developing test scripts;
• Partnering with engineers to drive and implement automation QA efforts using Selenium;
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements for QA Tester:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 2 years of QA testing experience;
• Minimum 1 year Web App automation experience;
• Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing preferred;
• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills;
• Proficient in test management software;
• Good working knowledge of .NET;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
