We are currently looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to become a valuable addition to our team. As part of this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and compliance of our products. Your main tasks will involve developing and maintaining QA programs, as well as providing guidance to the QA team in their daily operations. Additionally, you will incorporate our company's commitment to the seven Core Values, including Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit), in all your planning and actions related to your area of responsibility.

This position's salary range: $60,000 - $78,000/year
A Day In The Life of A QA Manager:
- Support in maintaining all QA activities, such as corrective actions, investigations, calibration, self-inspection, environmental monitoring, deviation trends, data collection/analysis and associated record keeping
- Coordinate reworks, mock recall, traceability exercises, and recall activities as needed
- Lead your team with care, fairness and consistency; including oversight of training, scheduling, and performance management
- Foster and promote positive working relationships with other departments
- Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Manage and support employees working day, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, flexible as required to support all shifts
What We're Looking For From You:
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline
- Minimum 5 years QA experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical, natural health or food product manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
