Job Title: QA Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annuall
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced QA Supervisor for the third shift to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards within our food production operations. This position is integral to our commitment to food safety and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Quality Assurance operations during third shift hours.
- Ensure compliance with food safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage QA team activities (team size pending clarification).
- Conduct quality assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of Quality Assurance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous improvement in food safety and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry.
- 2-3 years as a QA Supervisor with direct reports.
- Proven ability to work overnight hours starting around 9:30 PM.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- HACCP and PCQI certifications (candidates without certifications will still be considered).
- Demonstrated leadership in a supervisory role with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
Duties:
- Oversee the enforcement of safety and quality protocols during the third shift.
- Lead a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and supervision (exact team size to be confirmed).
- Ensure that all food safety and quality control measures are consistently applied.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address any quality-related issues.
Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, with the possibility of reaching up to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
