They provide Insurance - Enrollment, Retention, Licensed Agents, Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate, Legal, Pharmaceutical, and Government services. The client is looking for amazing workers to fill the important role as a Quality Assurance Specialist paying $18.50 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and listen to outbound and inbound calls made by agents.
- Motivate and encourage agents through communication and feedback.
- Give Regular and consistent feedback to both agents and management.
- Follow a checklist and provide detailed information to supervisors for review.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a call center in a lead, manager, or quality specialist roles.
- Excellent time management.
- Excel in problem-solving.
- Well versed at written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Be accessible and approachable.
- Knowledge of quality standards.
- Ability to stay focused.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a bonus.
