Job Purpose
Responsible to implement and manage quality standards in a defined region for assigned accounts; develops and maintains a quality evaluation system for PVC's Janitorial Solutions Specialty Services.
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages Quality Assurance protocols and the related evaluative procedures and processes to ensure all janitorial services provided by third-party vendors meet required specifications for quality and consistency.
- Collaborates with the Regional Manager, assigned account management, and business leaders across various departments to draft and execute acceptable quality standards.
- Facilitates and communicates with vendors our quality standards and the expected outcomes for compliance; ensures the SOW (scope of work) by location is clearly understood and applied.
- Maintains a complete understanding of each account's expectations and standard practices; complies with federal, state, local, and organizational rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Conducts regular inspections and quality audits; travels to account locations to monitor performance against established quality standards; demonstrates an eye for detail while being safety conscious.
- Performs audit of services to ensure compliance to requirements; addresses problem areas with identified vendors to gain adherence.
- Develops and prepares quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and inspection reports for service performance effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance; documents both acceptable and sub-par quality outcomes.
- Prepares and submits reports for executive overview regarding the status of Quality Assurance control and outcomes as required.
- Participates in customer and vendor meetings including QBRs (quarterly business reviews).
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 or more years of experience in Commercial Facility Management specific to Janitorial Services
- Must have an uncompromising attitude towards quality with high attention to detail
- Prior experience working with a variety of facility types and sizes
- Must be willing to travel as needed to perform duties (50% travel or more)
