Summary/Objective
The Quality Assurance Program Manager for Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) provides oversight to the QUALITY ASSURANCE team. This includes staff performance management, data quality, accreditation compliance, programmatic compliance, and training.
Essential Functions
- Provide direct supervision and oversight of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) data quality to ensure program compliance
- Oversee the QUALITY ASSURANCE process and provide support to the QUALITY ASSURANCE team and SSVF staff
- Provide direct supervision of QUALITY ASSURANCE coordinators, providing program guidance and team performance management
- Regularly communicate with the Director of Quality Assurance and other SSVF Directors to support grant goals
- Participate and lead local meetings and collaborative efforts to reach goals
- Implement policy or accreditation standards to ensure organizational compliance
- Oversee and make recommendations for the training of SSVF staff
- Utilize HMIS, Case management and Accounting reports to verify data quality and implement necessary changes for data quality improvement
- Review and approve documentation needed for grant compliance

Supervisory Responsibility

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Regular travel required. Travel will include daily and overnight trips for essential program oversight and training.
Required Education, Experience, or Eligibility Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in social services, data management or related field, plus two years of management and/or supervisory experience.
OR
- An associate degree in social services, data management or related field, plus three years of management and/or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license.
- Familiar with veteran services and primarily SSVF or human service program delivery
Preferred Education and Experience
- Masters' degree in human services or related field
- Two plus years of program management
- Military/Veteran experience
