Who We Are: CareGivers America is a local provider of Home Care Services with 25+ locations in Pennsylvania. We care for the aging and disabled populations in their homes and communities. We are a Modivcare company with affiliate personal care brands across 7 states.
We are presently hiring a FULL TIME Quality Assurance Nurse (LPN) for our Reading office location.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
- Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Quality Assurance/Chart Compliance
- Initial and on-going consumer visits
- Supervision, scheduling, and training of CNAs and Direct Care Workers
- Install LifeAlert Buttons
- PPD Screenings
- Care Management
- Strong assessment skills required
