Quality Assurance Inspector

Phillip Jeffries is growing and expanding our team! We are actively searching for a Quality Assurance Inspector!

We are currently accepting resumes for a Quality Assurance Inspector in our Fairfield, NJ office. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and enjoys being a part of a winning team. This role will report to our Quality Assurance Supervisor and will work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

What you will be doing:

• Inspect Digital Printed Customer orders as per the QA guidelines
• Prepare, package, and receive Digital orders as per PJ guidelines
• Assist with inspection of Customer Returns as per QA guidelines
• Assist with Return to Sender packages
• Assist with Inbound Stock Shipment inspections as per QA guidelines
• Assist with Outbound Shipment inspections as per QA guidelines
• Assist with Internal Inspection Requests from the CX Department
• Assist with maintain the Digital Masters Library
• Assist in other various Quality Assurance Department tasks and projects

Must Have:

• At least 2+ experience of warehouse experience
  
• Able to lift at least 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to effectively multitask and shift direction quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• General computer skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Personifies “learning mode”
• Forklift experience a plus
• NAV, CRM, WMS, UPS World ship experience a plus
• Calm under pressure and level-headed.
• Upbeat, energetic, positive, can-do attitude
