As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role to develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes.
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event

To be successful in this role you will require:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Business Process Management.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams

• The annual pay scale for this position is between $ 82,800.00 - $118,300.00 USD if employed in New York
