This position is open to remote, must be near our office location in Oklahoma City, OK.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator, under the direction of the Manager of Quality Oversight, will perform a broad range of administrative tasks supporting daily processes and investigational activities for our QA program. The Coordinator will be responsible for compiling and analyzing Quality Assurance Reviews (QARs), Potential Quality Issues (PQIs) and Critical Incident (CI) reporting data to assist with the evaluation of member care and safety. The Coordinator will research cases, analyzing and collecting dental records, forms and other documentation to present to the clinical team. The Coordinator will also draft correspondence and perform outreach to network providers for corrective action plan (CAP) follow-up.
Job Summary Details:
 

  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain case files, meeting agendas and minutes for work groups and committees, as well as upon request for clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Execute intake activities accurately and in accordance with established internal policies, standards and procedures.
  • Performs data entry in association with PQIs, QARs and CIs received from various business units and external sources.
  • Identify key requests for information and additional opportunities to enhance and improve on case file presentation to help expedite review and minimize delays caused by the need to request additional records.
  • Communicate, in writing and telephonically, confidential, protected information to internal and external clients and dental professionals.
  • Demonstrates teamwork in daily interactions with co-workers, by accepting and following work rules and procedures, complying with corporate policies, goals and objectives, accepting constructive feedback and exhibiting initiative and accountability for your work.
Job Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • High School or GED-High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • 2+ years of office administrative support experience, preferably in dental or healthcare.
  • 1-2 years of quality management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $20 - $25.00 hourly, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer.  Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.  Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
