Cognizant is look for a Quality Assurance Associate II (Onsite) to join our dynamic team. The role will require a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring software quality through Blackbox testing.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience as a Blackbox Software Quality Analyst or related
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience testing either: mobile devices, laptops, home speakers, home automation technologies, or Bluetooth accessories
- Previous experience working with or personal experience with AI
- Personal/Virtual Assistants (ie: Siri, Alexa, Google)
- Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Self-driven ability to complete tasks with limited guidance
Responsibilities:
- Blackbox test execution of client platforms, software, and hardware
- Perform test planning, test case development, and test execution (manual and automated)
- Analyze test results, identify defects, patterns of issues, regressions, troubleshoot, scenarios, and compile detailed defect reports for engineering team
- Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution
- Testing professionals with exceptional expertise in troubleshooting, designing tests & executions, and managing quality issues
The hourly rate for this position is between $37.50 - $39.00, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
