Where we are going: We are in a state-of-the-art facility located in Carver, Minnesota and with capital investments, we experienced our largest growth year ever in 2021. How you can help: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant who is driven to succeed, has a continuous improvement mindset and enjoys being part of a team. Lakeview is continuing to grow and work on going from good to great, and this position will be able to suggest ways to improve efficiency to assist us as we grow. Our Quality Assurance Department is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes to meet established quality standards.

This might be a good fit if you can:

• Assist with providing customer requested regulatory requirements (Rohs, Reach, Conflict Mineral, Etc.).
• Issue, Process, and Log Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMR).
• Complete customer and packaging surveys as required.
• Create Material Certs for outbound shipments as needed.
• Complete Country of Origin requests from customers.
• Assist in the development of internal procedures for Lakeview’s Quality System.
• Contribute to problem solving and solutions.
• Back up other members of QA during absences.
• Live out company core values, demonstrate good judgement, and decision making to assist with overall company goals.
• Other Duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

• High School education requirement
• Being open to new ideas
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Great communicator, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude & team player
• Ability to display time management and organizational skills to complete necessary tasks in a timely manner.
