Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst works under the guidance of Tolling Operations management to retrieve and analyze data to support operational insights and quality initiatives. Contributes to the development and management of reports and processes for daily and monthly transaction monitoring, operational and functional reporting and analysis, performance monitoring, and ad hoc reporting, as required.
Relationships:
• Reports directly to the Senior Tolling Operations Manager
• Works under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager
• Works closely with the Toll Operations and DataOps teams
Responsibilities:
• Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes all compliance training as required by ITRCC.
• Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Customer Service, Respect, Excellence, Stewardship and Teamwork (CREST).
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, SQL, Microsoft Power BI and other data management tools and systems
• Monitor workflows related to revenue collection for end-to-end reconciliation of transactions processing through various systems.
• Support Quality Assurance initiatives by identifying and developing key data points for monitoring operational and employee performance related to roadside systems.
• Support daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly monitoring and reporting, including periodic reviews and audits across the organization
• Identify and analyze trends and metrics to proactively drive business and process improvements.
• Assist with testing of system changes and improvements, including data validation
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, commerce or related areas, or equivalent work experience
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivots
• Experience in Power BI (or comparable) a plus
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines within established timeframe
Desirable Experience:
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
Working Conditions:
