The Quality Analyst leads continuous quality improvement efforts for the organization including performing quality reviews, conducting audits and investigations, leading quality-related projects and initiatives, and providing organizational training. This position works to ensure that the organization operates according to organizational policies and procedures, funder requirements and accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
- Must have bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or other related health services experience.
- Must have previous experience working with data and analyzing trends.
- Must have intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word.
Additional Requirements:
- This position travels to other locations and program sites 25% of time and requires overnight travel quarterly.
- Must have current driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications.
- Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
