Position and Responsibilities Overview

• Maintain a high standard of customer service by keeping up to date reporting and tracking procedures
• Follow the Quality Systems requirements for record keeping to ensure accuracy of reporting and for both internal and external customers
• Constant Monitoring and improvement of our ISO Certification and documenting procedures
• Help to develop & maintain Standardized Work Instructions used throughout the manufacturing quality organization by QC team members. Work with the quality manager to accurately capture customers documentation needs in BIM 360
• Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis to identify critical risks in the production processes as well as documenting the changes
• Work with the Quality Manager to resolve issues in conjunction with the Quality system for all shops in the RK Industries company. Help perform root cause investigation & corrective action tracking
• Work with project managers to help manage incoming quality of parts and assemblies used in production or fabrication shop. Schedule third party customer audits and inspections. Assemble all documentation that accompanies data books and input them into the BIM 360 system. Help maintain traceability on all parts and assemblies for customer requirements through accurate record keeping
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements for shipping and product preservation through accurate record keeping in the BIM 360 system.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Quality Assurance Field or related discipline
• ISO Certification Knowledge
• High School Diploma
• Applicable Training for competency and awareness

Safety is Our Top Priority

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, shop specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 10.

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Travel as required.
• Work predominately inside and in dusty and noisy areas.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required
• Noise levels can fluctuate from quiet to loud.
• Hazards associated with the industry.
