Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to join our growing team of Mental Health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for helping individuals, families, and groups overcome Mental Health challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy Work with clients to address a variety of Mental Health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

Conduct comprehensive assessments Evaluate clients' Mental Health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Assist clients in crisis situations and provide them with resources to cope with difficult challenges.

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans.

Document client interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications:

Details

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Must have completed a state-approved training program in Mental Health.

Must have completed a supervised practicum or internship in a Mental Health setting.

Must have strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention.

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide effective therapy.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide quality care.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
