The Qlik Community Intern Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Community Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community management, social media engagement, and digital communications. As an Online Community Intern, you will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and engaged online community, all while driving brand awareness and enhancing customer relationships.

An outstanding opportunity to work firsthand with the team responsible for day-to-day operations of Qlik Community.  Qlik Community boasts over 200K members and has a quarterly average of over 700K unique visitors and is growing an average of 35% year over year.   Qlik user community provides multiple ways for customers to engage, including reaching support, participating in user forums and product ideation. Qlik Community prides itself on investing in great customer experiences done through fostering human connections as well as through technology investments.  

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact: 

Project work will be focused on:
(1) Community Moderation – you will help us monitor community conversations, enforce community guidelines, and ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members. You will help us with various projects that help us ensure a fresh and relevant community.
  

(2) Community Engagement: you will actively engage with our online community across various platforms including social media and forums. We are always looking for new and creative ways to reach our user base through gamification and personalization.
  

(3) Content Creation: You will assist in the creation of engaging content such as posts, articles, videos to help drive community interaction and participation as well as to assist with community onboarding projects. 

We’re looking for a teammate with: 

Skills and Qualification  

• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Passion for community building, social media, and online engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you will be writing content and there may be video assignments.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Effective problem solver, not afraid to share new ideas.
• Can work independently and within teams.

Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
