POSITION:QC/QA Inspector

COMPANY AND POSITION DESCRIPTION:

-CoreWorks manufactures Cold Boxes/Skids and other associated equipment used in natural gas processing, LNG, industrial Gas and Petrochemical applications. We are looking for an experienced, hardworking professional who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations to join our team. Ideal candidates for this position should have quality inspection experience in process pipe fitting/welding, ASME pressure vessels, and structural components inspection.

-Position is full time, hourly with company benefits.

-The work will be performed in a shop environment with potential opportunities for on-site, installation, field service and support.

-Compensation will be DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Read and interpret shop drawings as well as written and verbal work instructions to perform required tasks.

-Safety is paramount. Knowledge of and use of safe working practices is required.

-Follow the processes and procedures as outlined in the company’s ASME Quality Manual.

-Complete the work assigned on-time and in accordance with budgeted hours.

-Inspect daily the assign task and assure the completed task is compliant to our Quality expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

-High school diploma or GED-Physical demands require the ability to lift 50 lbs.

-Have a valid driver license.

DESIRED SKILLS:

-Prefer 10+ years shop and/or field experience in quality inspection in pressure vessel fabrication, process pipe fabrication and structural fitting/welding.

-Experience with selection and safe operation of equipment used in welding and metal fabrication processes.

-CWI or equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
