Qc Technician

Description:

The primary function on the Qc Technician will be to handle samples samples in order to determine if they are in specifications utilizing wet chemistry methods, sensory testing and entering results in to Lab Inventory management systems. Products are organic and natural flavor compounds that you will see in every day consumption. We are seeking a self motivated team player to add to the team.

1st shift - 7-4 Monday through Friday

Ability to work 2 saturdays a month (4-6 hours)

Skills:

Basic understanding of lab work and scientific methods

Basic duties:

Wet chemistry - Refractometers, titrations, loss on drying. water density, Gas Chromotography and Liquid Chromotography sample prep.

Sensory testing (Taste)

Documentation processing in LIMS, SAP and Office
