QUALIFICATIONS:
- Responsible for inspection of the close tolerance components manufactured by Tube-Alloy machine shop and other sub-contracted machine shops.
- Be able to use state of the art inspection equipment like internal and external micrometer.
- Pass all HSE required training.
- Assist with NDE part cleaning and preparation.
- Assist inspectors with re-gauging of parts.
- Maintain all QC inspection equipment.
- Perform visual inspection of threaded connections as required.
- Perform receiving inspection on raw material, subcontracted parts, seal rings, and customer material.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree or GED. Education requirements may be satisfied through alternative education and/or previous job experience.
- Familiar with parts manufactured by turning, milling, boring, drilling, etc.
- Experience with state of the art inspection equipment.
- Conscientious worker and self-starter with good communication skills.
