Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field; or a high school education and equivalent work experience in business analysis, software testing or application development
- 5+ years' of software testing experience
- 2+ years' of professional experience in the annuities and life products industries
- 5+ years' experience developing testing artifacts, such as test plans and test cases
- Practice with user-centered design and usability testing
- Experience working with a software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Experience operating within teams using the Agile SCRUM process
- Experience with test driven or behavior driven development practices
- Advanced SQL abilities
- Intermediate with service call testing
- Intermediate with writing/testing XML
- Intermediate with Selenium
- Basic knowledge of PC, client/server, and network environments
- Microsoft PC software experience (i.e., Excel, Word, Access and Project)
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Act as test lead for multiple projects in different phases of the SDLC
- Coordinate test plans with multiple testers and communicate directly with clients
- Create test data matrix and testing risk analysis artifacts
- Experience in end to end testing
- CTFL or other professional testing designation
- Create in depth metrics and analyze that data for trends and improvement opportunities
- FLMI or other industry- or field-related designations
- Experience with testing automation and writing of test scripts
- Experience with JAVA and .NET
