Candidate would have a background in Electronic Quality and Repairs. Role would require IPC certified, can perform 1st pc approvals, operate AOI with strong communication skills - Role would report to Quality with dotted line to Shift Lead 2-3 years would be preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Analyze test results, identify any deviations or non-conformities, and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and procedures.
- Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and gauges.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to perform accurate measurements.
- Follow FDA regulations and guidelines to ensure product safety and compliance.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role preferred.
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
