Overview of this Position:
The QA Systems Coordinator supports each of the QA System department processes from an administrative perspective, including Non-conformances (NCRs), Change Controls (CCs), Corrective Action and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Effectiveness Verifications (EVs), and Action Items (AIs).
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years related work experience
  • Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Manage workflow assignments and updates for NCR, CC, CAPA, and EV within GRAM's Quality Management System.
  • Monitor NCR reports for on time completions and performance to process expectations (failure mode assignment, stakeholder approvals, etc.).
  • Communicate pending quality system deliverables to assigned personnel on a routine basis.
  • Coordinate meetings with assigned personnel to support on time completion of quality system deliverables as necessary.
  • Compile data for routine and ad hoc metrics and reporting including monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality Management Review (QMR), and Annual Product Quality Reports (APQRs).
  • Prepare records to support client reviews and audit requests.
