Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and partner with our client employees on current process and testing
- Work as an imbedded part of the team and contribute towards the definition of test strategies and test plans.
- Work with and manage end to end testing
- Handle the configuration and maintenance of test environments in partnership with quality engineering team.
- Partner with team members to game plan and build test scripts
- Hands-on, performing test design, and executing the development of manual and automated test scenarios
- Responsible for performing test execution, analyzing test results and communicating results to engineering and product leadership.
- Review test scripts and test cases for automation opportunities
- Help design and build inhouse capabilities
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of work experience in software testing
- Experience and knowledge in Software Testing processes, practices and test design techniques in Jmeter
- Practical understanding of Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts
- Self-starter that thrives in a tight collaboration with software developers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Web and Mobile testing
- Hands-on experience in manual, automation, performance and exploratory testing in JMeter
- Hands-on experience in test automation tools such as Selenium and Appium
- Experience and knowledge on web services testing (preferably REST)
- Some experience with source control management (preferably Git)
- Some experience with continuous integration tools (preferably Jenkins)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification
