We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 5 or more years’ experience to work with our client. The candidate must be able to work on site in Suwanee, GA. This is a contract opportunity.

Job Overview:

The role of Load Runner Performance Testing Engineer includes custom scripting, editing scripts, executing scripts, analyzing results, and reporting results. The position includes the potential to reach all platforms supported by the enterprise information, management, and technology group at the client.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develops robust, reusable, automated test scripts, Performance Test scripts and enhances the scripts according to standards.

• Review of automated and Performance Test scripts created or modified to ensure compliance with standards.

• Manage automated and Performance Tests, scheduling Performance Test activities, and reporting the progress of performance results.

• Documents the success and failures of test cases for metrics gathering and reporting.

• Analyzes the load and Performance Test results and creates test reports.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Conduct job training and aid Junior Test Engineers as needed.
• Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.

• Creates and update’s function libraries, applications, automation scripts and data files (authors detailed documentation).
• Develops and maintains test scripts promoting reusable components and maintainability.

• Gains domain knowledge and strong understanding of functionality and technology across all products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field

• Experience Performance Testing applications deployed on Docker & Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Six or more years of experience Performance Testing mission critical enterprise applications
• Load Runner, Java, C, experience
• Ability to take a complex functional requirement and create or edit a script to meet the requirement.
