Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Provides information technology services in the analysis, design, testing, quality assurance, and administration of websites, Web applications, and related IT systems functions. The Quality Assurance (QA) Manual Tester shall have experience testing software and systems without the assistance of an automated process.
- Write test scripts/scenarios.
- Analyze test cases for problems and bugs before release.
- Identify issues and work with developers to find solutions.
- Serve as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Each degree may be substituted for up to 3 years of experience. Three (3) years of experience may be substituted for each required degree. Certifications directly related to the specific position are equivalent to 2 years of experience. ISTQB Tester Certification.
Minimum Education, Certifications, and Training:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, Administration, or Management-related field, or equivalent experience.
Highly desired is experience in:
Working remotely in a highly collaborative environment and keeping a team engaged.
Knowledge of SEVIS and SEVIS subsystems
