- Execute an assigned portion of the test plan outlined by the test scripts.
- Creates specific test cases designated to cover your area assigned.
- Responsible for the effective use of test hours on an area of influence (includes adding or removing tasks on high-risk issues).
- Validate issues under an area of influence and ensure quality standards are met.
- Assign testers for verify sweep cycles and propose regression tasks and work with them to get them unblocked and become more efficient.
- Manage bug entry to minimize invalid and duplicate issues.
- Share your testing experience and knowledge with team members to improve testing efficiency.
- Work directly with the embedded QA team members and be the go-between with them and your team.
- Provide information as requested by the development team.
- If required, provide qualitative feedback to the production team.
- Gather information proactively if it is relevant in clarifying an issue.
- Responsible for the monthly performance evaluations of the team members.
- As needed, support your peers and senior members of the team in assessing and escalating issues and concerns to the QA Project Manager.
- Strong experience testing AAA console and PC games.
- Ability to gather and communicate facts clearly and concisely.
- Effectively communicate through good written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working on PC and Console games as a QA Tester and at least 1 year experience as a Lead Tester.
- Experience in testing Unreal environments is an asset.
- Experience in executing test cases and suites using test case management systems.
- General understanding of test automation would be an asset.

Compensation:
- This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, non-exempt position.
- The hourly rate for this position is between $26-31/hour. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay, internal equity, and what you're looking for.
- In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as a sign-on bonus and short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
