The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
Minimum education requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Reviewing medical records for compliance with Patient First policies and procedures according to schedule;
- Performing onsite inspections completely and accurately according to schedule;
- Preparing inspection draft reports for the Director of Medical Support (DMS) and Medical Director on the last day of the on-site inspection according to schedule;
- Performing final review and completion of inspection report according to schedule;
- Communicating inspection concerns to the appropriate supervisors, DMS, and/or the Medical Director;
- Communicating inspection concerns to the appropriate administrative managers;
- Assisting with revisions of the inspection process and criteria;
- Performing inspection follow-ups as directed;
- Conducting training sessions as needed with center personnel, administrative personnel, trainers, etc.;
- Attending Quality Assurance (QA) meetings as scheduled;
- Preparing inspection reports, numbers reports, and breakdown reports as needed;
- Preparing training reports as needed;
- Attending regional DMS and supervisors meetings as needed;
- Traveling to all regions as needed;
- Maintaining a facility with job-related computer programs and electronic messaging as required;
- Working in an area of discipline (e.g., lab or nursing).
Minimum education requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Nursing certification;
- At least 3 years with Patient First as a nurse;
- Excellent verbal and written skills;
- Able to meet deadlines according to a published schedule;
- Able to exercise tact and maintain confidentiality as required.
