Salary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) systems to join our team. As a Quality Assurance PM, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations meet the project design documents, industry standards, code, regulatory requirements & Client’s expectations. Your role will involve close collaboration with contractors, construction management, Commissioning, end-users, design engineers and other stakeholders to maintain the highest level of quality in E&I installations. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives, and commitment to upholding safety and efficiency standards in E&I systems.
- Streamlining Quality Processes and Coordinating Audits and Root Cause Analysis.
- Analyzing, Monitoring, and Reporting Quality KPI Data. Managing Document Control and Record Keeping
- Facilitating Communication between End-users and Stakeholders
- Planning for Project Quality
- Implementing and managing Quality Control Systems with Contractors and Vendors
- Providing Technical Guidance and Coordinating Training for Teams. Ensuring Compliance with Quality Standards and Codes
- Managing Budgets and Resource Allocation
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, relevant technical or industry qualifications, or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of E&I systems, equipment, Startup & Commissioning, and installation processes
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations related to E&I installations
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using programming and software
- Lean Six Sigma Certification or knowledge
