Qa Data Specialist

Shift: 1st - 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.00-$17.50/hr

ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for a QA Data Specialist in our East El Paso facility. This position help accomplish the company objectives and financial goals for ExpressPoint by bringing technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of documents and data, then process, design, and present it in ways to help the organization make better decisions. Ensures that data and documents are accurate and maintain their quality and integrity.

• Have a sense of urgency.
• Accountability: Coordinate daily workflow at the highest levels of excellence.
• Provide timely status updates to Direct Supervisor.
• To ensure the 5Ss are practiced daily to maintain a Tour Ready appearance.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary
• Helping develop reports and analysis
• Oversee centralized library of data and records, ensuring secure processes and limited access
• Administer information retrieval and distribution processes
• Verify completeness and accuracy of stored documentation, as well as appropriate file formatting
• Multitasking and interaction with other departments
• Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum one year of experience in one or more analytical environments
• Strong Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with SQL is desirable
• Multitasking
