Qa Compliance Analyst

Elite Insurance Partners, named as one of the top 5 Medicare Insurance Brokerages in the Country is looking to expand their compliance team. As the QA Compliance Analyst, you will work with and support the Compliance Supervisor to meet company goals related to insurance compliance.The QA Compliance Analyst will provide effective and efficient monitoring and reporting that ensures maximum scoring of each assigned sales interaction. In addition to, being responsible for collaborating with management and compliance training departments to help ensure quality metrics are met through adherence to our best practices. No experience in insurance? No problem, we will provide effective training to help with your success in this role.

Job Description

• Conduct monthly random audits for Sales to determine that each sampling has been performed according to carrier, and agency.
• Support the collection of data for regulatory filings.
• Implement standard policies, procedures, and best practices across the company to promote compliance.
• Discuss trends and observations.
• Resolve carrier audits.
• Involvement in the development of all compliance systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in Health Insurance compliance
• Compliance experience preferred.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Possesses a high level of motivation and professionalism.
• Demonstrates ethical conduct and good judgment at all times.
