As a Compliance Analyst, you will be a critical player in the evolution of 365 Retail Markets’ business plans as we expand into new geographic regions. The Compliance Analyst - Product reports to the Director of Payments. You will research regulatory requirements, develop actionable plans for meeting them, and coordinate with product and project managers in the delivery of those plans.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to resource for the product and operations teams to research, compile data, analyze, and present recommendations on compliant delivery of payment solutions in new and existing markets
- Identify and own the regulatory registration process for us to be a payments company in new markets
- Support for business model development
- Drive internal AML/KYC policy updates as appropriate
- Assist in business entity and banking establishment in new regions
- Organize plans to complete necessary documentation, implement processes required for regulatory registrations.
- Assist in identification and management of vendors, partners, and suppliers in other regions for payments-related solutions.
- Develop internal documentation describing how we operate payments in different regions globally.
- Manage the incorporation of required vendor terms or regulatory statements into 365 operator terms, as required regionally
- Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information.
- Keeps other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information and by writing and communicating guidelines.
- Maintains rapport with regulatory personnel by arranging continuing contacts and resolving concerns.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Compliance related position
