We are looking for engineers and engineering leaders who have:

• Passion for solving challenging problems by delivering clean and performant code;
• Profound understanding of distributed system design and data intensive applications;
• SOLID software engineering expertise (OOA/OOD, TDD, CI/CD);
• Strong adherence to agile values;
• Team-first, proactive approach to work and great communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and prioritizing areas for quality improvement in Alli;
• Developing, implementing and monitoring overall QA Automation strategy for Alli, making sure we are constantly raising quality bar across the entire organization;
• Developing and supporting QA Automation tools and infrastructure for Alli teams to use in their products, integrating these tools and infrastructure into the current DevOps workflows;
• Lead the implementation of QA practices across Alli teams;
• Providing mentoring and coaching to individual engineers across Alli organization in the area of QA Automation.

Minimum requirements are:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering role developing a highly-scalable cloud-based product;
• At least 3 years of experience in an senior QA automation/engineering role supporting development of a highly-scalable cloud-based product;
• Deep expertise with modern QA methodologies and tools.

Not Required but Highly Preferred:

• Master's Degree;
• Experience with QA for AI/ML-based products.
