Job Summary
Trustwell is in search of a QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of three years of solid QA Automation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in an organization that has undergone a transformation from manual QA practices to one that focuses primarily on QA automation. You should be able to plan, implement, and execute all aspects of quality and testing. The role requires hands-on QA automation expertise where you will use those skills to help us develop and evolve our QA automation discipline.
Duties/Responsibilities

• Be a part of an agile team that makes and keeps regular commitments
• Build and maintain test suite using Python and Selenium
• Implement automated testing platforms, unit, and end-to-end tests
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Work closely with QA team in an agile environment
• Participate in all cycles of software design and testing
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Investigate customer problems referred to Product Engineering by the technical support team
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
• Build different Test Plans, Test Cases, and Acceptance tests

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and test automation
• Set up, maintain, and operate test automation frameworks
• Ability to manually test and provide bug reports when bugs are found
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.

Required Skills/Abilities

• At least three years of experience in software engineering in a Quality Assurance Automation role
• Experience using Python, Selenium
• Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies designing, implementing, and automating processes
• Deep understanding of the entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Performance and Volume, User Acceptance)
• Independent learning skills
• Excellent communication skills

Education and Experience

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
• Experience writing tests (end-to-end, integration and unit)
• Experience using Python
• Experience using Selenium
