Purpose:
The Quality Associate II - Change Management, supports the Quality Function within Operations. This includes understanding and executing against all applicable Policies, Directives (Processes), Procedures, Work Instructions, References, Guidelines, Templates, and Forms related to change management. Ability to work with all levels of personnel from several different functional areas and facilitate Change Review Board meetings. Expectations that the Quality Associate II will maintain high quality levels in all aspects of their job while achieving high levels of efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various aspects of the quality assurance (QA) functional area related to change management
Ensures that submitted change plans are consistent and in conformance/compliance with the AbbVie Quality System requirements (QCM01).
Support troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance issues related to any applicable Policies, Directives (Processes), Procedures, Work Instructions, References, Guidelines, Templates, and Forms related to change management.
Comfortable working in a multitude of computer systems (i.e., SolTRAQs, GTW, COSMOS, AMS, attache, OneVault, Service Now, Microsoft (MS) applications, etc.)
- BS in a scientific discipline or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Quality related field
- Strong computer skills utilizing a Microsoft environment (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Good oral, written, and presentation skills
- Sound decision making and problems solving skills to assure business unit compliance
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions
- Good mathematics background with an understanding of basic statistical concepts
