• Shift/Hours: 1st shift Monday - Friday
  

As the Push Button Screener, you will perform essential duties with pay starting at $22.00/hour. In this role, you will be responsible for the screening and related operations in the production of a variety of product.
Essential Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to the customer by maintaining productivity and following department schedules.
  
• Recommends ways to save money and cut unnecessary costs.
  
• Responsible for satisfying the needs of internal and external customers by responding to customer requests, understanding customer requirements and building successful, productive customer relations.
  
• Shoots screens and sets up for screening operations.
  
• Performs screening operations which result in consistent quality.
  
• Performs lens preparation and assembly of pushbuttons.
  
• Performs paint spraying operations on lenses and filter material.
  
• Participates in team effort to provide product on schedule.
  

Requirements:

• Must pass pre-employment eye exam.
  
• Must have a minimum of six (6) months screening or mechanical/electrical assembly experience.
  
• Must demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and demonstrate ability to work with small parts.
  
• Standing at screen table for up to four (4) hours at one time and using upper arm and wrist strength to continue push or pull squeegee.
  
• Sitting at workbench for extended periods to perform lens preparation and assembly.
  
• Excellent eyesight required.
  

Working Conditions:

• Daily exposure to chemicals. Protective measures must be taken to minimize exposure levels over time. Must wear respirator, eye protection and gloves when exposed to solvents and when spray painting.
