About the Role:
This position is designed to support the Procurement and Pharmacy teams by providing day-to-day support in the receiving function of the warehouse. Along with receiving, stocking, and entering into the system all drug and supply deliveries on a daily basis, this position will also have overall responsibility for the functionality and organization of the warehouse. The role will manage inventory in accordance to par levels and assist with the sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies and equipment. This position will assist with the procurement of Free Drug through manufacturer related programming. There will also be responsibilities at the end of each month supporting the inventory count, entry, and reconciliation process.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience/Education:
- 3 years in warehouse maintenance or management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion/AccuRX team.
Essential Functions:
- Asset management including all oversight of receipt and assignment of pumps (Home and AIC) and oxygen. Ensures CT equipment records reflect all transactions.
- Unbox/unpack inbound deliveries, bag and tag patient specific drugs by patient.
- Put away all inbound product received daily.
- Monitor inventory min/maxs at shelf level and coordinate with Purchasing Specialist.
- Oversight of AIC Clinic ordering thru CT system and fields Nursing inquiries.
oAssist Logistics team with fulfilling clinic supply orders.
- End of month counting and reconciliation responsibilities.
- Assists with and coordinates sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies and equipment.
- Assists with and coordinates sourcing and purchasing of Free Drug manufacturer programming.
