Role Description

The Territory Pump Sales Specialist role is a full-time, hybrid position (in Santa Fe Springs, CA, but some work from home is acceptable), responsible for expanding and maintaining our sales efforts in the pump and motor market in Southern California. The Territory Pump Sales Specialist will collaborate with the existing team focusing on sales in this segment and is expected to deliver outstanding sales results for both new and existing customers. As the go-to person for sales in this territory, you will cultivate productive customer relationships, manage all aspects of the sales process, and deliver superior customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product sales, marketing, or related field
• Ability to present data and effectively communicate information to a wide range of people
• Passion for the water infrastructure and pump/motor industry
• Adept at developing, cultivating, and maintaining excellent customer relations to achieve sales targets
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to identify new business prospects, create innovative sales strategies, and negotiate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel within Southern California
• Familiarity with well known Pump Technologies and Brands
