A combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree and six years of progressively responsible civil engineering or management experience in a PUBLIC WORKS division, including three years of experience supervising professional-level positions, is required. Registration as a professional engineer in California is highly desired but not required.
