The Community Health Services Division Manager opportunity drives the Public Health of our local Lincoln community through the promotion of Public Health initiatives, identifying factors affecting health, data collection, maternal-child health support through home visitation programs, provision of clinic programs and supervision of approximately fifty community health employees.
A day in the life of this role includes directing comprehensive Public Health programs and organizational strategic planning, managing multi-million dollar budgets, overseeing the Public Health clinic (immunizations, sexually transmitted infections, etc.), home visitation services, health assessments and family education, and reports directly to the Lincoln Lancaster County Health Director. Applicants with experience working with diverse populations and interpretation skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Nursing, or Related Field
- Nebraska RN or Compact Licensure
- Four Years of Public Health Experience or a Supervisory Capacity
- Any Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
